'Hello everyone well we did reach 24 degrees on Wednesday night so thankfully we were able to pick majority of all our green tomatoes. We did make green tomato salsa and freeze dried a batch before this batch. They came out great! Makes great veggie“chips” to dip hummus. So this was our second batch of green tomatoes we wanted to share with you. It has been an amazing year on the farm for growing! Yay! We are very thankful for that.
